Officials cut ribbon at new Best Buy e-commerce sales center

Minnesota-based Best Buy Co. Inc. aims to open an e-commerce center in San Marcos, south of Austin, that would initially create 25 jobs. The consumer electronics retail chain hopes to secure a pair of incentives deals from the city and Hays County.
